2014-15: Gant played in 18 games as a junior. He averaged 2.4 points and 0.6 rebounds per game. Gant shot 35.9 percent from the floor, 34.3 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 37.5 percent from the free throw line. He scored a season high eight points twice with the last being against Friends University (12/13).
2013-14: In his sophomore season, Gant appeared in 25 games with five starts. He averaged 2.8 points and 1.2 rebounds per game. Gant shot 26.9 percent from the floor, 26.6 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 52.2 percent from the free throw line. He appeared in his first varsity game and scored his first varsity point against MidAmerica Nazarene University (11/5). Gant started his first career game versus Haskell Indian Nations University (11/15). He scored a career high nine points against Missouri Valley College (11/12), had a career high seven rebounds versus Bethel College (12/14), had a career high four assists against Kansas Wesleyan University (12/7), and had a career high one steal twice with the last being against Bethel College (12/14).
2012-13: Gant was a member of the junior varsity team as a freshman.
High School: Gant played four years of basketball and earned three varsity letters for Oak Grove High School. He was a three-time First Team All-Conference and All-District selection for the Panthers. Gant was a two-time KMZU Dream Team selection, was named KMZU Player of the Year, and earned Academic All-Conference honors three-times. Gant helped lead his team to sectionals during the 2011-12 season. He participated in the Missouri Challenge All-Star Game held in Drury, Mo. and the Lions All-Star Game held in Marshall, Mo. at Missouri Valley College. During his senior season, Gant averaged 20 points, five rebounds, and three assists per game.
