Ottawa University

2024-25: Tyler played in 26 games in his first season as a Brave. He averaged 3.1 points and 1.4 rebounds per game. Tyler shot 42 percent from the floor, 12.5 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 57.9 percent from the free throw line. He finished the season with 31 assists and four steals. 

Lamar State College: Tyler appeared in 24 games, making 10 starts as a redshirt sophomore. He averaged 9.3 points and 2.6 rebounds per game. Tyler shot 50.8 percent from the floor, 18.8 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 70.6 percent from the free throw line.

Seminole State College: As a sophomore, Tyler played in 20 games and made 17 starts. He averaged 4.5 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game. Tyler shot 43.4 percent from the floor, 27.3 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 76.9 percent from the free throw line.

Dodge City Community College: Tyler played in 25 games, making nine starts as a freshman. He averaged 11.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game. Tyler shot 46.8 percent from the floor, 34.1 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 71.2 percent from the free throw line.

High School: Tyler lettered in basketball at Silsbee High School. He helped lead the Tigers to three straight trips to the state tournament, winning back-to-back state championships. He was a two-time First Team All-League selection as a junior and senior. Tyler was a Second Team selection as a sophomore.
