High School: Giunta lettered in powerlifting, football, and baseball at Carmel Catholic High School. He won his weight class at 74KG and broke two state records. 

Personal: Son of Steve Giunta and Elizabeth Giunta ... finance major. Trained using hte Conjugate methose by Westside Barbell for his entire lifting career.
