2014: Prock appeared in 37 games, making 26 starts for the Lady Braves. She had nine hits in 47 at bats for a .191 batting average. Prock scored 15 runs, drove in three runs, had a slugging percentage of .191, walked 12 times, had an on base percentage of .356, she had two sacrifice bunts, and she went 6-for-7 in stolen base attempts.
2013: As a sophomore, Prock played in 14 games and made seven starts in the outfield for the Lady Braves. She finished the season with five hits, eight runs scored, drove in two runs, had a slugging percentage of .250, earned two walks, had an on base percentage of .318, and was 3-for-4 in stolen base attempts.
2012: In her first collegiate season Prock appeared in 23 games, making 11 starts. She had 8 hits in 33 at bats for a .242 batting average. Prock scored eight runs, had one double, one RBI, a slugging percentage of .273, three walks, an on base percentage of .306 and she was 3-for-5 in stolen base opportunities. She earned her first career hit against Baker University (2/9), scored her first collegiate run against Oklahoma Wesleyan University (2/18), and earned her first career RBI against MidAmerica Nazarene University (2/29). Prock had a career high two hits twice with the last being against Midland University (3/10).
High School: Prock was a three year letter winner on the softball diamond for the Rams. She was an All-Region selection in 2010 and named Academic All-Conference in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Prock helped Owasso High School to a third place finish in state in 2010.
