High School: Williams was a four year letterwinner on the basketball court at Palmyra High School. She was part of the PHS National Honor Society, the Palmyra FFA Chapter, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Williams was a member of the 2024 PHS FFA State Livestock Judging Team. She helped her basketball team to a Florida Invitational National Runner Up finish, a 2022 Naike Tournament of Champions – Denver Division Championship, a 2023 Basketball in the Bayou Pontchartrain – Platinum Division Championship, a 2023 Big Easy HoopFest – Platinum Division Championship, a 2024 Run of the Roses Platinum Division Championship, and a 2024 Nike Tournament of Champions – Miami Division Championship.

In 2022-23, Williams led PHS in steals (104) and was named Defensive Player of the Year. She led PHS in steals (95), assists (72), and was voted Best Teammate in 2023-24. Williams helped her team to a 2023 and 2024 Monroe City Tournament Championship. She was a three-time All-Conference selection, an All-Media selection, earned All-District honors three times, and was named All-Conference Academic three times.

Personal: Daughter of Tony and Kristen Williams ... exercise science major. She played travel ball for the Missouri Phenom – Columbia under coaches Dennis Baggett and Greg Logsdon.
