High School: Mong lettered in volleyball, basketball, and tennis at Charles Page High School. She was a four time All-Academic selection, earned Honorable Mention All-League, and was named Tulsa Area All-Vype. In 2019 CPHS was named Academic State Champions.

Personal: Daughter of Bryan Mong and Alicia Mong ... history major. Mong played club volleyball for the Sand Springs Volleyball Club under head coach Alicia Mong.
