2018: Mitchell split time between the junior varsity and varsity teams as a senior.

2017: Mitchell was a member of the junior varsity team as a junior.

McCook Community College: Michell appeared in nine matches as a sophomore. She finished the season with five kills, one service ace, five digs, and one block. As a freshman, Mitchell played in seven matches. She had 11 kills, including a career high four against Central Wyoming College (9/8/15). Mitchell also had five digs.

High School: Mitchell lettered in basketball, volleyball, and track at Creek Valley High School.
