Entering her senior season, McKay is tied for eighth in the OU career record book in interceptions (8), second in pass break ups (30), and third in tackles (98).
 
2023: As a junior, McKay was named Honorable Mention All-KCAC at defensive back. She finished the season with 45 tackles, three interceptions, and 13 pass break ups.
 
2022: McKay was named to the All-KCAC teams for the second straight season with her First Team selection. She finished the season with 23 tackles, four interceptions, and nine pass break ups. McKay was also named to the NAIA National Invitational All-Tournament Team. She had a career high six tackles against Thomas University in the NAIA Women’s Flag Football Finals championship game.

2021: McKay played both receiver and defensive back for the Braves as a freshman, earning Honorable Mention All-KCAC honors. On the defensive side of the ball, McKay had 30 tackles, one interception, and eight pass break ups. She had a season high five tackles twice with the last being against Kansas Wesleyan University. At receiver, McKay finished the year with five receptions for 44 yards and two touchdowns. She averaged 8.8 yards per reception. McKay had a career high three receptions against St. Thomas University in the NAIA National Tournament.
 
High School: McKay lettered in football, soccer, and cross country at Green Valley High School. She helped the Gators to a 2018-19 and 2019-2020 Nevada State Flag Football Championship. McKay played in two all-star games and was an 2019-2020 4A Desert All-Region selection. She was on the first Battle 7v7 Team, winning the first female 7v7 tournament.
