2020: Tharps was named NAIA All-American for the second time straight season with her Third Team selection. She was also named First Team AVCA West Central Region and earned First Team All-KCAC. Tharps was named KCAC Attacker of the Week twice. She had a career high 10 digs against Central Methodist University and a season high seven solo blocks against Dordt University. Tharps played in 37 matches, she had 399 kills, a .256 attacking percentage, six assists, 101 digs, and 106 blocks. She was ranked 11th in the NAIA in total kills (399) and 18th in total blocks (106).
2019: Tharps was named NAIA Second Team All-American, AVCA First Team All-West Central Region Team, KCAC Player of the Year, earned First Team All-KCAC honors, and was named KCAC Attacker of the Week three times. She played in 40 matches, finishing the season with 530 kills, a .236 attacking percentage, three assists, seven service aces, 117 blocks (20 BS/97 BA), and 143 digs. Tharps was ranked ninth in the NAIA in total kills (530). She had a season high 24 kills against Friends University, a career high 10 digs versus Missouri Valley, and a career high 10 blocks against Embry-Riddle University.
2018: Tharps appeared in 135 sets in her first season in an OU uniform. She was named Honorable Mention AVCA NAIA All-West Central Region and was a First Team All-KCAC performer. Tharps earned KCAC Attacker of the Week honors once. She finished the year with 466 kills, a .216 attacking percentage, three assists, 84 digs and 95 blocks. Tharps had a season high 26 kills against McPherson College and had five block assists against Doane College. She had 24 double-digit kill matches.
Evangel University: Tharps appeared in 143 sets as a freshman for EU. She finished the year with 287 kills, 127 digs, and 71 blocks. Tharps had a career high 28 kills again Benedictine College (10/28). She had 10 or more kills in 11 matches.
High School: Tharps lettered in volleyball at Collinsville High School. She earned Second Team All-Conference and was named Academic All-Conference.
Personal: Daughter of Autumn Massie ... exercise science major. She played club volleyball for Show Me Volleyball Academy.
