OTTAWA, Kan. -- The (RV)Ottawa University men's lacrosse team hosts Midland at AdventHealth Field on Saturday at 7 pm, in the opening round of the KCAC MLAX Tournament. The winner between the Braves(#3 Seed) and the Warriors(#6 Seed) will face No. 2 seed Benedictine in the quarterfinal round.

Gibby's Notes

• The Braves came out on top in the previous meeting between these two teams earlier this season, in a 12-7 win at home on March 8th.
• Brandon DeMarco and Jacob Vincentini won KCAC and NAIA Player of the Week awards for both offense and defense in Week 8. DeMarco currently ranks third in the NAIA with 43 goals, and tied for fourth in points with 61 total points. Vincentini ranks fifth in the NAIA with a 66% FO win percentage. He is seventh in groundballs, scooping 85 on the season. 
• Robert Roseberry returned to the lineup for the first time since March 22nd on Tuesday against Benedictine. Rosberry scored three goals and dished out two assists in the previous matchup against Midland.

Warrior's Notes

• The Warriors have been middle of the pack in the KCAC standings all season, with a 5-5 record. 
• Midland is led by Nick Crociata, leading the team with 26 goals and 11 assists. Joshua Pereira and Carson Meier are other options for the Warriors in the attacking third, 24 and 20 goals respectively.
