Kelcie Kippes was named KCAC Pitcher of the Week for her efforts last week. She pitched two complete game victories, had a 1.17 ERA, and struck out seven in 12 innings. Opponents had a .188 batting average against her. Kippes helped herself out at the plate and had a .333 batting average in two games (2-for-6), scored two runs, hit one double, drove in a run, had a .500 slugging percentage, walked once, and had a .429 on base percentage.
