OTTAWA, Kan. – The Ottawa University men's basketball team earned its second win of the season, defeating Calvary University 114-53 in Wilson Field House on Friday night. Ottawa's 114 points are the fifth most scored, in a single game, in program history.
The Braves raced out to a 19-9 lead over Calvary University with 12 minutes to go in the first half. Ottawa held the Warriors to 13 points for the remainder of the half, taking a 54-22 lead into the locker room.
OU dominated the second half, increasing its lead to as much as 63 points. Calvary was not able to cut into the Brave lead and OU took the 114-53 victory.

- Ottawa shot 63.2 percent from the floor, 34.8 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 62.5 percent from the free throw line.

- The Braves had six players in double figures. Keith Robinson led OU with 26 points on 10-for-11 shooting from the floor. Jayden Hibbitt scored 15 points. He had three assists and three steals.
- Deondre Buggage finished the game with 13 points and four assists. Alex Riddick and Trey Twa scored 10 points apiece. Twa finished the game with a double-double, pulling down 11 rebounds.
- Braylon Wheeler had four assists and Najee Jones tallied four steals.
