Ottawa, Kan.- The Ottawa women's lacrosse team looks for their second conference win of the season as they host Midland at AdventHealth Field.

• Ottawa is coming off a 13-10 road win over UHSP on Thursday. Mackenzie Simmons led Ottawa with eight goals. Paulina Pompa, KaiAnna Senne, Curstin Brown, Ashley Santillan, and Faith Ruoff scored one goal each. Santillan made five assists, and Senne and Felecia Dixon made one assist each.
• Mackenzie Simmons is the leading goalscorer with 74 goals. Ashley Santillan has 24 goals. Santillan is the assists leader with 18. Curstin Brown is the groundballs leader with 32.
• Midland is 3-7 on the season and 1-2 in KCAC play. The Warriors are on a two game losing streak with 4-16 and 2-26 losses to St. Ambrose and (5) Missouri Baptist. Their lone KCAC win came on March 17, 16-3 on the road over Saint Mary.
• Madilynn Edwards is the goals leader for Midland with 21. Ryland Nelson is the assists leader with 10.
• Ottawa and Midland have played eight times. Ottawa leads the series 7-1, and has won the last four meetings. Last season's game was a 19-6 road win for Ottawa.
• Mackenzie Simmons was named NAIA Offensive Player of the Week for her 11 goal and one assist performance last week.
• Simmons is second nationally in goals scored, and first in goals per game.
