CRETE, Neb. – The (RV) Ottawa men's wrestling team battled at the Doane Open on Saturday in Crete, Nebraska.
Julian Gorring earned a third place finish in the 184lb weight class.
Julian Gorring won five matches on the day in the 184lb weight class, he defeated Lane Kiser (Cumberlands) in the third place match on a 16-9 decision.
Kallen Koelzer went 3-2 at the Open in the 125lb weight division and
Skyler Anderson won one match in the 125lb as well.
Samuel Moery secured two wins in the 133lb weight division and
Asher Larson picked up a win in the 141lb weight class.
Colston Parks defeated two opponents in the 149lb weight division.
Cale Hein won one match in the 157lb.
Trenten Harris took down two opponents in the 165lb weight division and
Jaelyn Sides also won two matches in the 184lb weight class.
