(RV) Women's Lacrosse Away at Missouri Valley

Ottawa, KAN. - The Ottawa women's lacrosse team continues conference play at Missouri Valley.

The Braves are coming off a 27-5 win over Mount Mercy on Wednesday. Rilee Barnett led Ottawa with six goals, Brianna Valadao scored five. Makayla Mason scored four goals, KaiAnna Senne scored three. Lilliana Lopez, Ashlyn Lopez, and Curstin Brown scored two goals apiece, while Hailei Gregg, Isabella Pagliei, and Liv Staberg scored one goal each. Barnett made five assists, Lilliana Lopez made three. Senne made two assists, and Valadao, Brown, and Ashlyn Lopez made one each. Shelby Bearden made four saves in goal, Eliza White made two.
Curstin Brown and Rilee Barnett are Ottawa's joint-goals leaders with 15 goals. Ashlyn Lopez and KaiAnna Senne are the joint-assists leaders with eight each. Brianna Valadao is the groundballs leader with seventeen. Barnett is the draw controls leader with 24.
Missouri Valley is 1-4 on the season and 0-2 in conference play. The Vikings are coming off a 13-11 win over NCAA Division III Cornell on Wednesday.
Ashley Halter is Missouri Valley's goals leader with 10 goals. Atleigh Lark is the assists and groundballs leader with four and sixteen, respectively. Ava Graham is the Vikings' draw controls leader with 20.
Ottawa and Missouri Valley have met seven times, with Ottawa leading the series 6-1. The Braves have won four straight, most recently a 26-1 win in 2023. Missouri Valley's only win in the series came in 2018.
