ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Ottawa University women's tennis team lost 6-1 to Missouri Baptist University on Thursday afternoon at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center.
 
Valeria Rodriguez and Paula Persson won their no. 1 doubles match 6-2. Alejandra Parra and Camryn Medina fell 6-4 in no. 2 doubles.
 
Rodriguez took a 6-4, 3-6, 10-6 victory in no. 1 singles. Persson lost 4-6, 6-3, 10-5 in no. 2 singles. Parra fell 6-4, 6-1 in no. 3 singles.
 
The Braves (2-4) return to action on Friday, March 7 against Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo. The match is scheduled to begin at 1:45 p.m.
