(RV) Women's Lacrosse is Away at (9) Indiana Tech

Ottawa, KAN. - The Ottawa women's lacrosse team travels to Fort Wayne for a non-conference clash at (9) Indiana Tech.

The Braves are coming off a 25-3 win over Midland in their conference opener. Curstin Brown led Ottawa with five goals, Ashlyn Lopez scored four. Rilee Barnett, Makayla Mason, KaiAnna Senne, and Faith Ruoff scored three goals each. Brianna Valadao scored two. Lilliana Lopez and Isabella Pagliei scored one goal each. Senne, Valadao, and Lilliana Lopez made two assists apiece, Ashlyn Lopez, Barnett, and Ruoff made one each. Shelby Bearden made one save in goal for the Braves and recorded the win, Eliza White made two saves.
Curstin Brown is Ottawa's goals leader with 13 goals. Ashlyn Lopez and Brianna Valadao are the joint-assists leaders with five each. Valadao is the groundballs leader with eleven. Rilee Barnett is the draw controls leader with thirteen.
Indiana Tech is 2-2 on the season. Their losses came at the hands of (6) Missouri Baptist and (3) Cumberlands, and the Warriors have wins over NCAA Division III members Kalamazoo and Saint Mary's (IN).
Michelle Farrell is the Warriors' leader of many major stats. On the season, Farrell has scored 18 goals, made 12 assists, picked up 19 groundballs, and secured 15 draw controls.
