Women's Lacrosse at Home Against Quincy

Ottawa, KAN. - The Ottawa women's lacrosse team finishes their non-conference slate as they host Quincy at AdventHealth Field.

The Braves are 6-6 on the season and 5-1 in conference play.
Ottawa is coming off an 18-16 win over St. Ambrose on Saturday. Rilee Barnett led Ottawa with six goals, Brianna Valadao scored five goals. KaiAnna Senne and Ashlyn Lopez scored three goals each, Faith Ruoff scored one. Senne made four assists, Barnett and Isabella Pagliei made two each. Valadao and Ashlyn Lopez made one assist each. Shelby Bearden made fourteen saves in goal, Eliza White made two en route to her first collegiate win.
Rilee Barnett is Ottawa's goals leader with 32 goals. KaiAnna Senne is assists leader with 17. Brianna Valadao is the groundballs leader with 42. Barnett is the draw controls leader with 46.
Quincy is 5-3 on the season, all of which are non-conference games.
The Hawks are on a two game winning streak, but have not played since March 16. The game on March 16 was a 14-13 overtime win over Concordia-St. Paul.
Quincy's last road game came on March 11, a 7-24 loss at (5) Maryville.
Anni Moran is Quincy's leading goalscorer with 35 goals, Amelia Ham leads in assists with 19. Mikenna Ham is the groundballs leader with 18. Emily Leal leads draw controls with 44.
Ottawa and Quincy have met three times, once in each of the last three seasons. Quincy has won all three, last season's win being a 15-11 score played at Missouri Western. The only game played in Ottawa was played in 2022, a 17-5 win for the Hawks.
The Braves are looking for their first win over an NCAA Division II opponent. They are currently 0-7 in those games.
