STERLING, Kan. – Ottawa University won its second straight game with a 51-20 victory over Sterling College on Saturday night. OU's defense held the Warriors to just 22 yards rushing and produced 10 sacks. What total ranks third in the OU record book for single game sacks.

First Quarter
Ottawa opened the scoring on a 45-yard field goal by Ike Pringel after recovering a fumble deep in Sterling territory. On their next possession, Key Long capped a short drive with a 5-yard touchdown run for a 10–0 lead. Moments later, quarterback Luke Edwards connected with De'Anthony Curtis for a 70-yard strike, stretching the margin to 17–0.

Sterling answered with a 14-yard touchdown pass from Rocklin Baptista to Armando Juarez, but Ottawa closed the quarter strong. Long added his second rushing score from 9 yards out, and Prengel drilled a 42-yard field goal as the quarter expired, giving OU a commanding 27–7 lead.

Second Quarter
The defenses took over, and neither team found the end zone. Ottawa's Pringel added another field goal just before halftime, sending the Braves into the locker room ahead 27–7.
