Wiley University: Neal finished her three years at Wiley University with 656 kills, a 2.48 kill per set average, a .172 attacking percentage, 36 assists, 70 service aces, 561 digs, and 55 blocks. She was a 2019 and 2021 Second Team All-Red River selection, was named to the 2021 Red River All-Tournament Team, was selected to the 2022 Preseason All-Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Team, and was a 2022 First Team All-Gulf Coast selection. Neal was named Wiley University’s Most Valuable Player and Female Athlete of the Year in 2022-23.
 
High School: Neal lettered in volleyball and softball at All Saints Episcopal School. She was a First Team All-District selection in 6A TAPS, was a 2017 5A TAPS state champion, earned Second Team All-District honors in 2017, and was an Academic All-District selection in 2016 and 2017.
