Biography

2023-24: Sylla was a member of the varsity reserve team as a junior.

2022-23: As a sophomore, Sylla played on the junior varsity team.

2021-22: Sylla was a member of the junior varsity team as a freshman.

High School: Sylla lettered in basketball at Summit High School. He helped the Tigers to two straight Colorado State Basketball Tournament for the first time in more than 30 years. Sylla was named Defensive MVP for the Tigers.

Personal: Son of Mariam Semega and Bakassy Sylla ... undecided on a major. Sylla played travel ball for Los Tigres under coach Jordan Buller. His parents are immigrants from Mali in West Africa. Sylla's parents grew up Muslim and taught him about Islam.
