Indoor 2012: In her first collegiate indoor season, Kessler finished 16^th in the 200M at the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 28.79. She placed eighth in the triple jump with a leap of 32-00. Kessler had a personal best 33-08.50 in the triple jump at the Concordia Classic (1/27). She ran a personal best in the 200M (28.76) at the Mule Relays (2/1).
 
High School: Kessler was a four year letter winner in soccer and track for Paola High School. She earned three letters in basketball for the Panthers. Kessler was a Second Team All-Conference selection on the soccer pitch. She earned Second Team All-Conference honors on the basketball court, was a Burlington Invitational All-Tournament Team selection, and was a two-time state qualifier on the track. Kessler was a state track medalist in 2011. 

Personal: Daughter of Dave and Heidi Kessler ... born September 23, 1993.... biology major. She is also a member of the OU women's soccer team where she earned Honorable Mention All-KCAC honors as a midfielder in 2012.
