In her three year career as a Lady Brave, Surage is ranked fifth in the OU career record book in points (47), fifth in goals (19), and fifth in shots on goal (64).
2013: As a junior, Surage was named to the Preseason All-KCAC team. She appeared in 22 games as both a midfielder and forward for the Lady Braves. Surage earned First Team All-KCAC honors after earning Second Team as a freshman and sophomore. She finished the season with five goals and five assists for 15 points. Surage had 47 shots with 25 of them being on goal and one game winning goal. She excelled in the classroom as well. Surage earned Daktronic Scholar Athlete honors, was named to the Capital One Academic All-District 3 First Team, was awarded a Medal of Excellence from OU, was the 2012 Dudley Geise NAIA Champions of Character recipient and in the fall of 2013 received the Braves Athletic Hall of Fame Scholarship (BAHOF) Student Athlete Scholarship.
2012: Surage earned Second Team All-KCAC honors for the second straight season. She appeared and started in 19 games for OU, scoring a career high 10 goals. Surage had one assist, tallied 21 points, had 40 shots with 23 being on goal, and she had a career high five game winning goals. She had two multi-goal games in 2012 and scored her first game winning goal of the year against Avila University (9/2). Surage finished the season ranked 21st in the NAIA in total game winning goals (5) and 28th in game winning goals per game (0.2). Surage was named a Capital One Academic All-District 6 First Team and then earned Capital One Academic All-American Third Team honors for her work in the classroom.
2011: In her first collegiate season, Surage appeared in 21 games with 15 starts for OU. Because of her play on the pitch she earned Second Team All-KCAC honors. Surage had four goals, three assists, 11 points, 28 shots, 16 shots on goal and one game winning goal. She earned her first career assist versus Manhattan Christian College (9/6), had her first career goal against Central Methodist University (9/17), and scored her first game winning goal and had her first multi-goal game against MidAmerica Nazarene University (9/27).
High School: Surage earned four letters in soccer and basketball for Discovery Canyon Campus. She also earned one letter in cross country and was a four-time academic letter winner. On the soccer field, Surage was named Tri-Peaks League Southern Region Player of the Year in 2009. She was a three-time 3A First Team All-Pioneer League selection and was named First Team All-Tri-Peaks League twice. Surage was named First Team All-State in 2009. On the basketball court, Surage was a two-time Second Team All-Conference selection. Surage was selected to play in an all-star game and helped her club team to a State Cup Championship in 2005 and again in 2006.
