2012-13: Rose appeared in 30 games, making 16 starts for the Braves. He averaged 10 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. Rose scored in double figures in 15 games, scoring a career high 21 points against Southwestern College (1/10). He had two double-doubles, with his first as a Brave against Haskell Indian Nations University (11/27). Rose grabbed a career high 10 rebounds twice with the last being against Sterling College (1/23), he had a career high five assists versus Peru State College (11/9), and had a career high three steals against Haskell (11/27). Rose finished the season shooting 44.8 percent from the floor (100/223), 42 percent from behind the 3-pt line (34/81), and 77.6 percent from the free throw line (52/67).

Barton Community College: Rose earned two letters in basketball for Barton Community College. During the 2011-12 season, he appeared in 33 games and made one start for the Cougars. Rose averaged 6.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. He shot 76 percent from the free throw line and 47 percent from the floor. Rose scored a season high 20 points versus Neosho County Community College (3/7/12) and had a career high 10 rebounds twice with the last being against Dodge City Community College (1/7/12). 

High School: Rose earned letters on the basketball court for Junction City High School.
