In her four years, Arnold has put her name in the OU career record book. She is ranked second in kills (1,261), fourth in attacking percentage (.270), third in attack attempts (3,333), second in solo blocks (118), first in blocks assists (369), and first in total blocks (487).
2014: In her fourth and final season as a Lady Brave, Arnold played in 33 matches and 117 sets on her way to being named an NAIA Honorable Mention All-American and First Team All-KCAC. She also earned KCAC Hitter of the Week honors once. Arnold finished the year with 425 kills, 29 assists, 11 service aces, 338 digs, and 123 blocks. She had a career high 25 kills versus Kansas Wesleyan University (10/10), a career high 20 digs against Graceland University (8/29), and a career high 11 blocks versus Kansas Wesleyan University (10/10). Arnold had 24 matches with 10 or more kills. She finished the season ranked 25th in the NAIA in kills per set (3.6), 37th in blocks per set (1.05), and 40th in total kills (425). Arnold finished the year with 17 double-doubles.
2013: As a junior, Arnold played in 34 matches and 119 sets. Because of her play on the court, she earned First Team All-KCAC honors. Arnold finished the season with 242 kills, a hitting percent of .247, 13 assists, six service aces, 36 digs, and 128 blocks. She had a season high 13 kills against Tabor College (10/23) and a season high seven blocks twice with the last being against Friends University (11/2).
2012: Arnold appeared in 123 matches on her way to earning Second Team All-KCAC. She had 279 kills, 11 assists, three service aces, 45 digs, and 118 blocks. Arnold had a season high 17 kills against Central Methodist University (9/1) and a season high seven blocks against McPherson College (10/27). She had 10 games with double digit kills.
2011: In her freshman season, Arnold was named KCAC Freshman of the Year and First Team All-KCAC. She played in 114 sets and had 335 kills in 827 attempts for a .285 hitting percentage. Arnold had 11 assists, 53 digs, and 118 blocks (25 solo, 93 assisted). Arnold had 14 games with double digit kills and had a season high 23 kills versus Bethel College (10/18). She had a season high nine blocks versus Sterling College (10/29) and a season high five digs three times with the last being against Midland University (9/10). Arnold finished the season ranked 46th in the NAIA in blocks per game (1.04).
High School: Arnold earned two letters in volleyball, two in basketball, four in track, and three academic letters for Grand Island Senior High School. She helped lead the Islanders to a state appearance in 2010 and to a district and conference championship. Arnold earned Second Team All-State Class A, was named to the Heartland Area Super Squad, and was named Honorable Mention All-State Class A in 2009. She finished her senior season on the volleyball court with 104 blocks, 333 kills, and a .397 hitting percentage. On the track, Arnold was a state qualifier in the high jump.
