2014-15: In his first season in an OU uniform, Crump finished with an overall record of 33-11, a dual record of 9-2, and had 11 wins by fall. He was the first OU men’s wrestler to qualify for the NAIA National Championships by finishing second in the 197 pound weight class at the NAIA Central National Qualifier hosted by Grand View University (2/21). Crump was ranked seventh in the final NAIA Wrestling Coaches Top 20 Poll. He went 1-2 at the NAIA Men’s Wrestling National Championships.

Pratt Community College: Crump earned two letters in wrestling at Pratt Community College. He was a two-time NJCAA National Tournament qualifier. In his sophomore season, Crump was ranked as high as 10^th at 197 pounds.

Southwestern College: Crump spent one semester at Southwestern College playing football for the Moundbuilders.

High School: At Pratt High School, Crump was a three-time Kansas State Tournament qualifier. He finished sixth as a sophomore and third at 195 pounds as a senior. In 2011 Crump finished third at the Kansas USA State Wrestling Tournament and in 2012 was the Kansas USA State Champion.
