Biography

2015-16: As a sophomore, Mitchell played in 29 games and made 28 starts. He averaged 8.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game. Mitchell scored a career high 23 points against Graceland University (11/14), had a career high eight assists versus Avila University (11/13), and had a career high eight rebounds against Crowley’s Ridge College (1/4). He had 11 double digit scoring games.

2014-15: Mitchell split time between the varsity and junior varsity levels. He played in five games at the varsity level. Mitchell made his first varsity appearance against Haskell Indian Nations University where he scored a season high two points.

High School: Mitchell was a three year letter winner at Booker T. Washington High School on the basketball court.
