Biography

Chandler-Gilbert Community College: Owens was a two year letterman on the basketball court for Chandler-Gilbert Community College. He averaged four points per game and shot 37 percent from behind the 3-pt line.

High School: At Adam City High School, Adams earned three letters in basketball. He was a Second Team All-East Metro Athletic Conference (5A) selection and was named to the 2012 Thunderbolt Invite All-Tournament Team.   

Personal: Owens is the son of Barbara Lyles and plans concentrate on general studies before deciding on a major. He joins CGCC teammates Eric Stark, Titus Rice and Zachary Brown at OU.
