2016: In her junior season, Starling appeared in 127 matches and 37 sets. She finished the year with 74 kills, 17 assists, nine service aces, 186 digs, and 10 blocks. Starling had seven matches with 10 or more digs. She had a season high 18 digs against Tabor college (11/12).

Neosho Community College: Starling appeared in 37 matches, making 36 starts for the Panthers as a sophomore. She averaged 2.8 kills per set, 4.6 assists per set, .22 aces per set, 3.2 digs per set and .13 blocks per set. Starling earned First Team All-KJCCC and First Team All-Region VI. She led NCC with 370 kills and finished second on the team with 475 assists. On the season Starling recorded a team best 13 triple-doubles. In her freshman season, she played and started in 35 sets. Starling finished with 2.9 kills per set and 3.6 digs per set. She had 380 kills, 71 assists and 468 digs.
