2018: Jimenez played in 106 sets her junior season, earning Second Team All-KCAC honors. She finished the year with 223 kills, a .168 attacking percentage, three assists, 68 digs, and 31 blocks. Jimenez had a season high 13 kills twice with the last being against Kansas Wesleyan University. She had seven double-digit kill matches.
2017: In her first season in an OU uniform, Jimenez appeared in 95 sets and 26 matches. She earned First Team All-KCAC honors. Jimenez finished the year with 362 kills, a .196 attacking percentage, four assists, 65 digs, and 21 blocks. She earned KCAC Attacker of the Week honors once. Jimenez tied the school record for single game kills, finishing with 31 kills against Kansas Wesleyan University (10/19).
Neosho Community College; Jimenez earned First Team All-District and Second Team All-Jayhawk East Conference honors as a freshman. She played and started in all 37 matches, finishing the year with 565 kills, a .292 attacking percentage, 386 digs, and 23 blocks. Jimenez averaged 4.35 kills per set and 2.97 digs per set.
