Kansas Wesleyan University: Plummer earned All-KCAC honors in the heavy weight division at the KCAC Championships in 2019 and was named a KCAC Men’s Wrestler of the Week while attending KWU. He was a 2019 NAIA National Tournament qualifier, making it to the round of 12 after defeating two-time All-American Quandre Chisolm. Plummer was named best lifter at FitCon in 2017.

High School: At Hutchinson High School, Plummer lettered in wrestling. He was a three-time state qualifier and place third at the Kansas 6A State Tournament in 2013. Plummer won 81 varsity matches in high school. As a senior, he was a regional champion, finishing with a record of 37-4. Plummer won the Kansas 6A Powerlifting State Championship in 2013 in the 220 pound weight class.

Personal: Son of Doug and Nicole Plummer ... sports studies major. Plummer is a member of the OU men's powerlifting team.
