2020: Edwards appeared in 13 games, making one start in his first season in an OU uniform. He had three hits in eight at bats to finish the season with a .375 batting average. Edwards scored eight runs, had two RBI, a .375 on base percentage, and a .375 slugging percentage.
Oklahoma Wesleyan University: Edwards appeared in 44 games in the two years that he attended OKWU (2017, 2018). He had 66 at bats, 15 hits, 19 runs scored, six doubles, one triple, one homerun, 18 RBI, 15 walks, a .394 slugging percentage, a .386 on base percentage, and a .227 batting average. As a sophomore, Edwards hit .273, drove in 16 runs, had a .473 slugging percentage, and a .394 on base percentage. He helped the Eagles to two conference championships and a regional championship.
