2020: Hickman played and started in 19 games as a junior. She had a .235 batting average with 12 hits, 11 runs scored, four doubles, five RBI, five walks, three stolen bases, two sacrifice bunts, a .304 on base percentage, and a .456 slugging percentage.
2019: As a sophomore, Hickman played in 53 games and made 52 starts. She was named Honorable Mention All-KCAC for the second straight season. Hickman had 42 hits in 136 at bats for a .309 batting average. She scored 28 runs, hit seven doubles, five triples, and one home run. Hickman had 23 RBI, walked five times, had 11 stolen bases, was hit by a pitch four times, had a .352 on base percentage, and a .456 slugging percentage. She was ranked 36th in the NAIA in total triples (5).
2018: Hickman played in 53 games, making 52 starts on her way to being named Honorable Mention All-KCAC. She had 49 hits in 148 at bats for a .331 average. Hickman scored 32 runs, hit six doubles, four triples, and one home run. She drove in 21 runs, had a .446 slugging percentage, walked eight times, had a .369 on base percentage, and was 19-for-19 in stolen base attempts.
High School: Hickman was a four year letterman in basketball, and softball for Oskaloosa High School. She earned two letters in volleyball for the Bears. Hickman earned All-Conference honors as second base and tied the school record her junior season for stolen bases in a single season.
