High School: At Rim of the World High School, Chapman lettered four years in wrestling and was also a four-year scholar athlete. He was also the team captain and a two-time CIF Semifinalist. Chapman also earned honors as a four-time All-League Team member, a three-time League Champ, a three-time CIF Placer, and a two-time Team MVP. He finished with a career record of 148-41, with 27 pins. His senior year, Chapman was named the Ken Hubbs School Male Athlete of the Year. His Rim of the World team were two-time Team League Champs during his time on the wrestling team and his football team made the CIF Playoffs. Chapman also wrestled with Outlaw Wrestling under coach Pete Ferrara. He was a four-year two sport athlete in both wrestling and football, leading the offense at quarterback in football.

Personal: Son of Kurt and Stacey Chapman ... business administration. He enjoys being in the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He is looking forward to wrestling top-notch wrestlers, pushing himself to the limits. Chapman's favorite quote is, "If your past is forgiven, your future is secure, then why can't you live life in the present with a purpose?"
