Biography

2020-21
Outdoor: All-KCAC in the 400m with a 51.92 time... Set career best in event with a 51.34 race at the Tabor Invitational... Part of the 4x400 relay team. 

Indoor: Ran a season-best 52.45 in the 400m at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic... Part of 4x400 relay team and medley relay team. 

Outdoor 2020: Redshirt.

Indoor 2020: Krause ran a personal best time of 7.75 in the 60M at the Bob Timmons Challenge. At the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, he ran a time of 24.48 in the 200M. Krause had a time of 54.79 at the Wichita State Invitational.

High School: At Solomon High School, Krause was named All-State Honorable Mention running back and was named Vype Magazine/Circle of Stars eight-man player of the year. Krause was part of the Gorillas’ runner-up finish at State football in 2018. Krause was named to the eight-man All-Star Team in 2019. He also participated in track and field, becoming an All-League Track and field performer, and League Champion. He also was All-Regional Track and Field, Regional Champion and a two-time state qualifier. Krause was also part of the boys’ track team that won league title three years in a row. He lettered four years in track and football.

Personal: Son of Matt and Liz Krause … sports management major.
