Biography

Entering his senior season, Anderson is a three-time NAIA National Tournament qualifier. He is third on the all-time wins list and has a record of 74-20. Anderson has a record of 30-4 in dual matches and has a total of 30 falls (24-6-30). He is ranked second in career wins at 157 pounds (30), third in career wins at 165 pounds (24), fourth in career wins at 174 pounds (18), third in career victories (74), second in career win-loss percentage (.787), third in career falls (30), tied for fourth in career dual victories (20), and first in career dual win-loss percentage (.882).

2023-24: In his junior season, Anderson finished with an overall record of 19-3. Competing in the 174 pound weight class, he had a record of 18-3 and he qualified for this third straight trip to the NAIA National Tournament. Anderson had a record of 10-1 in duals, four technical falls, and four falls. He was the KCAC Champion in the 174 pound weight class. Anderson is ranked third in the OU single season record book in winning percentage (.863), is tied for 10th in falls (12), second in dual winning percentage (.909), and is second in single season wins at 174 pounds (18).

2022-23: Anderson qualified, for the second straight season, for the NAIA National Tournament. This time at 165 pounds. He earned All-KCAC honors and finished the season with a record of 24-9. Anderson had a dual mark of 7-1 and had 11 falls and one technical fall. He is ranked fourth in the OU record book for wins by a sophomore (24) and first in single season wins in the 165 pound weight class (24).

2021-22: Anderson was a NAIA National Tournament qualifier in the 157 pound weight class as a freshman. He was the 157 pound KCAC Champion and earned All-KCAC honors. Anderson is ranked second in wins by a freshman, finishing the season with a record of 31-8. He also holds the school record for wins in a season in the 157 pound weight class (30). Anderson had a record of 13-2 in dual matches and finished the season with nine falls.
