2023: Riffel finished the season with 46 tackles (18 solo, 28 assisted), earning Honorable Mention All-KCAC. He had four tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.

2022: As a redshirt sophomore, Riffel was second on the team in tackles with 64 (36 solo, 28 assisted). He had 5.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one pass break up, and one fumble recovery.

2021: In his covid freshman season, Riffel had 33 tackles (16 solo, 17 assisted), 5.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, and two forced fumbles.

2020: Riffel finished the year with 29 tackles (12 solo/17 assisted) as a freshman. He had one tackle for loss.

High School: Riffel lettered in football, basketball, baseball, and track at Centre High School. He played in the Kansas 8-Man All-Star Game and earned All-District, All-League, and All-State honors. On the baseball diamond, Riffel helped CHS to the Kansas State Baseball Tournament.

Personal: Son of Jeff and Tan Riffel ... undecided on a major. Riffel grew up on a small farm and graduated from Centre High School with a class of 15.
