2024: Gladney was a member of the OU developmental team as a freshman.

High School: Gladney lettered in baseball at Fossil Ridge High School. He played in the New Balance Championship in New Mexico. Gladney played in the Perfect Game 2022 at the 18U Texas Fall Championships, in the Perfect Game 2022 17/18U Oklahoma Open at OU, and at the Perfect Game 2022 17U/18U North Texas Championships at TCU. Gladney was a First Team All-District selection in 2023 and was named to the 3 Perfect Game All-Tournament Team. He had a .350 batting average his senior season and led the team with 10 doubles.

Personal: Son of Ken Gladney and Lisa Gladney ... sports leadership major. He played travel ball for USA Prime under Coach Parra. Gladney's father, Ken, was a marine and a police officer. His favorite color is red.
