Warfel had a record of 2-2, a 2.48 ERA, had nine saves, pitched in 40 innings, finished with 37 strike outs, and opponents had a .208 batting average against the reliever. He was ranked sixth in the NAIA in saves (9).
2020: Warfel appeared in 11 games, making three starts for the Braves. He finished the season with a record of 4-0 and tallied three saves. In 28.2 innings pitched, Warfel had 31 strikeouts, a 2.83 ERA and opponents hit .208 against him. He was ranked 28th in the NAIA in saves (3) and 32nd in wins (4).
Eastern Oklahoma State College: In two years at EOSC, Warfel appeared in 22 games and made one start. He had a record of 2-4, striking out 42 in 39.1 innings pitched. Warfel had a 7.09 ERA. As a sophomore, he lowered his ERA from 31.50 as a freshman to 5.79.
High School: Warfel lettered in baseball and football at Westmoore High School. He was a three-time All-State selection on the baseball diamond.
