2024: In his first season in an OU uniform, Freeman played in 34 games with 18 starts. He had a .396 batting average, scored 22 runs, hit five doubles, two triples and one home run. Freeman drove in 13 runs, had a .623 slugging percentage, walked eight times, had a .468 on base percentage, and was 18-for-22 in stolen base attempts.

Highland Community College (Ill.): Freeman was a member of the HCC baseball team for two seasons. In 2023, he played in 48 games. Freeman hit .367, drove in 34 runs, hit four home runs, scored 45 runs, and stole 18 bases. As a freshman in 2021, he played in 16 games. He hit .222, had four RBI, scored three urns, and stole three bases.

High School: Freeman lettered in baseball at Simeon High School.

Personal: Son of Shantel Bey, and Jeremy Freeman ... exercise science major. "I tore my left rotator cuff during my 2021 season, was stressed after losing friends back home from Chicago and wanted to quit baseball forever. Luckily I stayed for one year and had one of my greatest season thus far and was able to get an offer from a great school which completely saved my life."
