2024: Fruge' was a member of the OU developmental team as a freshman.

High School: Fruge' lettered in baseball, football, and track at George West High School. He played for the 2023 Coastal Bend Coaches Association All-Star baseball team. Fruge' was second in Texas 3A in stolen bases, was named MVP for Texas District 29-3A in 2023, and was a 2022 First Team All-District 29-3A at shortstop. He finished his senior season with a .400 batting average, a .604 on base percentage, a 1.204 OPS, and a .600 slugging percentage. Fruge' hit five doubles, three triples, and one home run. He drove in 12 runs, scored 45 runs, walked 29 times, was hit by a pitch seven times, and stole 35 bases.

Personal: Son of Paul and Donna Fruge' ... exercise science major. Fruge' played travel ball for the South Texas Sliders (Jeff Quillin) and the Thunderbirds Baseball Club (Michael Galvan).
