Outdoor: 30.09m effort in Discus at KCAC Championships... 11.08 time in the 100m at the ESU Invitational

Indoor:All-KCAC Honors in the 400m with a 52.17 time... Ran a 22.79 season-best 200m... Part of 4x400 relay team. 

Outdoor 2020: Redshirt.

Indoor 2020: Hajok ran a personal best time of 7.22 at the Gorilla Classic in the 60M. His time of 22.81 at the Gorilla Classic in the 200M was a personal best. Hajok ran a season’s best time of 51.02 in the 400M at the Northwest Open. He earned All-KCAC honors in the 400M with a time of 51.59 at the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Hajok had a mark of 5.89M in the long jump at the OU Invitational. He had a season’s best time in the 200M of 22.18 at the Tabor Invitational. Hajok tied that time to earn All-KCAC honors in the 200M at the KCAC Championships. He ran the 100M in a time of 11.36 at the OU Invitational. Hajok earned All-KCAC honors in the 400M with a season’s best time of 48.54 at the KCAC Championships. He was a member of the 4x100M Relay team that earned All-KCAC honors with a time of 42.53 at the KCAC Championships.

Indoor 2019: Hajok ran a time of 7.3 in the 60M, finished the 200M with a time of 22.96, and earned All-KCAC honors in the 400M with a time of 50.31 at the KCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor 2018: Hajok ran a time of 11.24 in the 100M at the ESU Spring Invitational. He finished the 200M with a time of 22.89 at the ESU Spring Invitational. Hajok ran a time of 50.95 in the 400M at the KCAC Championships.
