High School: Sextro was a four year varsity player for Incarnate Word Academy High School. She helped the Red Knights to a Missouri State Championship as a freshman, sophomore, and junior with a chance to win her fourth in 2023-24. Sextro has helped the Red Knights to a record of 100-0, playing for head coach Dan Rolfes, who has won 12 state championships and earned a gold medal coaching for USA U16 women’s basketball team. Sextro is also a member of the Incarnate Word student council as a representative for the senior class. She was also a student ambassador. Sextro also excelled in the classroom and was on the honor roll. She has been named a mission model for the Red Knights, meaning she lives out the school’s mission statement every day.

Personal: Daughter of Theresa Kannady Sextro and John Sextro ... elementary education major. She played travel ball for Napheesa Collier Elite under coach Jordan Olufson.
