Ottawa University

2023-24: Acosta played in 28 games, making 25 starts in her first season as a Brave. She scored 6.8 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. Acosta shot 39.6 percent from the floor, 35.6 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 81.3 percent from the free throw line. She scored a career high 13 points and six assists against York University. Acosta had a career high five rebounds versus Kansas Christian College and five steals against Manhattan Christian College.
 
Northwest College: Acosta was a two year letterman on the basketball court at Northwest College. She played and started in 55 games for the Trappers. Acosta averaged 9.4 points, 3.1 assists, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game. She shot 34.3 percent from the floor, 27.6 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 82.3 percent from the free throw line.

High School: At Hereford High School, Acosta lettered in basketball and volleyball. She was a First Team All-District selection and earned TABC All-Region and TGCA All-State honors.

Personal: Daughter of Pedro Acosta and Amy Acosta ... psychology major. Acosta played travel ball for DC Queens under coach Tez Dumars.
