Biography

2013: Stengel took a medical redshirt as a sophomore.

2012: Stengel appeared in and started 18 games in goal for the Lady Braves. She earned KCAC Defensive Player of the Week honors once. Stengel played 1545:29 minutes, allowed nine goals, had 0.524 Goals Against Average (GAA), tallied 57 saves, finished the season with a 13-3-0 record, and had nine shutouts. She finished the season ranked fifth in the NAIA in GAA (0.524).

High School: Stengel earned three letters in soccer for Arvada West High School. She was a Second Team All-Conference selection and earned Academic All-State honors. She was selected to play on an all-star team in February of 2010 in Fort Collins, Colo.
