2013: In an injury shortened season, Payne played in three games.

2012: Payne played in three games for OU in her second collegiate season.

2011: In her first collegiate season, Payne played in 13 games with two starts. She had six shots with two being on goal.
 
High School: Payne earned two letters in soccer and one in cheerleading for Ottawa High School. She helped lead the Cyclones to the 2011 Regional Championship and to the state quarterfinals. Payne was a First Team All-Region selection in 2011 after earning Second Team All-Region honors in 2010. She earned Honorable Mention All-State and was selected First Team All-Area. Payne was named her team’s Offensive Player of the Year in 2008 and again 2010, earned the team’s Hustle and Attitude Award in 2008 and in 2010, and was named Co-Leader in 2011 by her teammates.
