2023-24: Morrissey earned NAIA All-American honors in the 157 pound weight class with his seventh place finish at the NAIA National Championships. He had an overall record of 17-3, was 16-3 competing at 157 pounds, had a dual mark of 8-0, and tallied five falls. Morrissey was the KCAC Champion at 157 pounds, earning All-KCAC honors. He is fourth in the OU record book in single season winning percentage (.850) and is seventh in single season wins at 157 pounds (16).
