Ottawa broke its two game losing streak with an 84-74 victory over Kansas Wesleyan University in Wilson Field House on Wednesday evening. OU shot 44.9 percent from the floor, 34.8 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 82.4 percent from the free throw line. Four Braves were in double figures led by
Abby Dietsche's 21 points. She led OU with eight rebounds. Dietsche also had five blocks.
This season, the Braves are averaging 76.8 points, 40.8 rebounds, and 13.2 assists per game. OU is shooting 37.3 percent from the floor, 33.3 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 71.9 percent from the free throw line.

The Braves are 1-6 in their last seven games in McPherson. The first game between Ottawa and McPherson was played in 1976 in McPherson. The Bulldogs won the game, 74-35.
McPherson College is 4-6 overall and 0-5 in the KCAC. The Bulldogs have lost three straight games and have a record of 2-3 at the Sport Center. After defeating Waldorf on Nov. 25, the Bulldogs have losses to Kansas Wesleyan (59-47) on Nov. 29, Evangel (81-48) on Dec. 2, and Bethany (88-64) on Dec. 6.
