Ottawa increased its winning streak to five games with a 5-4 victory over the University of Saint Mary on Monday afternoon at Alumni Park.
Lukas Rich went 3-for-4 at the plate, driving in one run.
Tyler Farnham had two hits in two at bats and had one RBI.
Jacob Kuhn, making his first varsity start pitched six innings, striking out five.
John Walsh earned the win, striking out two.
Flynn Ridley recorded the save, striking out four.
OU is now 21-9 in the KCAC and tied for third with Tabor College. Kansas Wesleyan University leads the KCAC with a record of 24-6 and has a one game lead over McPherson College. KWU finishes the season with a three games series against the University of Saint Mary. Tabor finishes the regular season with a three game series against Friends University. McPherson plays York University in its final three games of the regular season.
