WICHITA, Kan. – The (RV) Ottawa University football team was defeated 38-7 by (24) Friends University on Saturday evening at Adair-Austin Stadium.
The Braves received the ball to start the game and took advantage, scoring their first touchdown of 2024. On fourth and seven from the Falcon 33-yard line,
Taylor Eggers threw a 33-yard touchdown pass to
Keavian Long. The
Rhett Andersen extra point kick was good and the Braves led 7-0 with 8:19 to go in the first quarter.
The Falcons responded by scoring 38 straight points. Friends scored 14 points in the first, 14 in the second, and 10 in the third to take the 38-7 victory.
